Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit advice with honesty and confidence
- Use product knowledge to enhance customer expertise and service
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Participate in performance-based incentive programs as eligible
