Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use text and social media tools to engage customers and drive sales
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow followings
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Work flexible hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Handle merchandise including lifting items up to 25 pounds
