Summary

Provide warm, personalized customer service in a fast paced retail environment, driving sales through styling, relationship building, and use of digital platforms. Support the department by assisting with merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a customer ready floor. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build lasting relationships through personalized styling and service
• Achieve sales goals using networking and digital channels including text and social media
• Open new loyalty program accounts and promote rewards participation
• Fill orders, process transactions, and assist with customer requests
• Stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Maintain department cleanliness and a customer ready presentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
