Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and styling to drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences in the Women's Apparel department. Build relationships, meet sales goals using in-person and digital tools, and support department operations including merchandising and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and build relationships through personalized styling and product recommendations
- Achieve sales goals and drive earnings through in-store and digital outreach including social media and text
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Maintain a customer ready department through light cleaning and organization
- Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments as needed
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds and occasional heavier items for stock roles
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales
- Comfortable using technology and networking to meet sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organized with strong follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
