The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meets sales goals using text and social media. The role delivers excellent customer service, provides style and fit advice, maintains product knowledge, and supports department readiness through stocking and merchandising. The schedule varies weekly and may require flexibility to work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build lasting relationships and grow customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
