Summary
Retail Salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales for women's apparel, building strong customer relationships, providing styling advice, and maintaining a customer ready department. This role requires flexibility to support other departments as needed and varied weekly schedules based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service with honest style and fit recommendations
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department presentation
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than assigned
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
