Summary

Join the store team to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service through in-store and digital selling, using networking and technology to build customer relationships and meet sales goals. Be flexible to support department activities including merchandising, stocking, order filling, and occasional cross-department duties while maintaining a customer ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Keep department customer ready through stocking and re-merchandising
• Fill orders and assist with price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
