Retail Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service and styling in women's apparel while cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. The role focuses on achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to support sales and customer engagement
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
