Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit advice
- Seek product and fashion knowledge to build expertise
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as required
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
