Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide honest feedback on style and fit, and develop fashion and product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and performing light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and ability to excel on a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
