Customer-focused sales role in women's apparel responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to deepen customer engagement
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally work in departments other than the assigned one as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented mindset
- Interest and ability to use social media and texting for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organization and strong follow through
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours, including bending and reaching
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
