Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and open rewards accounts
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and order fulfillment
- Keep the department customer ready and assist in other departments when required
- Work varied hours and flexible schedule based on business needs
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as needed
