Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty program participation
- Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, restocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the department is customer ready
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally perform duties in other departments
