Summary

Provide fashion-focused customer service and styling advice while building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Work toward sales goals and help maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Support department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively on a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and use networking and technology to support sales goals.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
