Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product choices
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Open new rewards accounts and promote loyalty program participation
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
