Summary

Provide fashion styling and customer service in women's apparel while meeting sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Build customer relationships and share product knowledge to support a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product knowledge and support a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and collaborate with the team, with flexibility to support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in networking and technology to achieve sales goals and ability to work effectively on a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
