Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving both in-store and digital sales through styling, relationship building, and use of selling tools including text and social media. Maintain department presentation and support team needs while meeting sales goals and opening rewards accounts.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and product fit recommendations
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Keep department customer ready through stocking and re-merchandising
• Fill orders and perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts for customers
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
