Summary
Responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in womens apparel through in-store and digital selling, cultivating customer relationships, and supporting department readiness. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
- Open new customer reward accounts to grow loyalty program participation
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs and adapt to different department duties when required
- Use networking and technology to support sales efforts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong interest in fashion and styling
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement during shifts including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
