Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit guidance and honest feedback to customers
• Use product knowledge to grow expertise and support sales
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders and stocking merchandise
• Perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible hours and occasionally support other departments as needed
