Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and open rewards accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist other departments when needed
- Meet performance-based incentives and contribute to sales targets
