Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide personalized service and confident style and fit advice
• Use digital tools including text and social media to grow customer following
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
