Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and style guidance
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to work in different departments as needed
