Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
- Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organization and follow through with ability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to handle and lift items up to 25 pounds, regularly up to 10 pounds
