Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide exceptional service and honest style and fit feedback to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to handle bulky items
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
