Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and products
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and open rewards accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments when required
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
