Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance while building lasting customer relationships and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. Achieve sales goals by delivering attentive service and developing product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule and occasionally perform duties in another department.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
