Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide style and fit guidance to customers
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments
