Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Westfarms

Summary

Provide high level customer service and styling in a women's apparel department, drive sales through in-store and digital channels, and support department operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies by business needs and role may require flexibility to work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Provide style and fit advice with honesty and confidence
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
