Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent customer service with honest styling and fit feedback
- Maintain department presentation through stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist customers with purchases including opening rewards accounts
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Perform occasional duties in other departments as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and excel on a team
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
