Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels
- Engage customers with styling advice and product fit recommendations
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Use text and social media tools to support sales and customer outreach
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty
- Stock, re-merchandise, process price markdowns, and maintain department readiness
- Fill orders and assist with online fulfillment as needed
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
- Maintain physical tasks including lifting and frequent movement during shifts
