Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on product fit and style
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist with customer transactions and returns
- Collaborate with team members to keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in luxury and/or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Comfort using networking and technology for sales including social media and texting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
