• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and managing fitting room logistics.
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Organize stockrooms and complete inventory processes accurately.
• Maintain the sales floor's appearance through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers with transactions and demonstrate expertise in store technologies.
• Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems for merchandise processing.
• Support store operations including special events and markdowns.

• Clear and effective communication skills.
