Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build lasting relationships through personalized service
• Drive sales by styling customers and using networking and digital platforms
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty
• Perform merchandising tasks including re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and maintain department presentation
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready environment
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments as needed
