Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, cultivating customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and achieving sales goals through use of selling tools including text and social media. Flexible schedule and occasional cross-department support required. Role involves merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and assisting customers with styling and fit.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready including light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
