Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow through on tasks
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours, including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Interest in fashion and continual learning of product knowledge
