Provide exceptional fashion and styling service for Chanel Ready To Wear customers at Mall Of America, cultivating in-store and digital relationships to meet sales goals while maintaining department presentation and supporting team needs. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following.
- Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product.
- Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns and light cleaning.
- Fill customer orders and assist with purchases and returns.
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments when needed.
- Maintain physical stamina to perform continuous movement, bending, lifting and reaching during shifts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong sales focus.
- Comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Organized with strong follow through.
- Flexible availability to work variable schedules based on business needs.
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
