Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Build lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business
- Provide styling and product advice with honest, confident feedback
- Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow sales
- Open new loyalty program accounts to grow relationships
- Stock, remerchandise, price markdowns, and maintain department presentation
- Fill orders and assist with digital fulfillment as needed
- Work flexibly and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Follow physical handling requirements for merchandise lifting and movement
