Summary

Retail Salesperson in the Home Department responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels, and supporting department presentation and operations. This role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to assist in other departments as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Provide styling and product advice with honest, confident feedback
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow sales
• Open new loyalty program accounts to grow relationships
• Stock, remerchandise, price markdowns, and maintain department presentation
• Fill orders and assist with digital fulfillment as needed
• Work flexibly and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Follow physical handling requirements for merchandise lifting and movement
