Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fitting services to build lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Support team merchandising and maintain a customer-ready department while meeting sales goals and participating in ongoing product and fitting training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Build and maintain customer relationships with personalized service and follow up via digital tools
• Drive and achieve individual and department sales goals
• Participate in training to maintain product and fit knowledge
• Collaborate with team on filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and department upkeep to maintain presentation
• Use networking and technology such as text and social media to generate sales

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced retail environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
