• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools like text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit recommendations
• Grow customer base and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Use networking and technology to support sales objectives
