Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit recommendations
- Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in different departments as business needs require
- Maintain physical stamina to handle merchandise and assist customers throughout shifts
