Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to enhance customer confidence and comfort while building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Support sales goals by using networking and technology and maintain a customer-ready department through collaborative teamwork. Receive training on product knowledge and bra fitting techniques and contribute to a positive team environment with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring and recommending proper fit and styles
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
• Meet or exceed sales goals in-store and via digital channels such as text and social media
• Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to fill orders, restock, and remerchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the area customer-ready
• Use technology and networking to drive sales and follow up with customers
