Summary
Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and supporting department presentation and operations. Train on product knowledge and fit techniques and use networking and technology to engage customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and style guidance
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve individual and department sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-ready department including filling orders and stocking
- Re-merchandise and perform price markdowns to support store presentation
- Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the department
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Use networking and technology to build a loyal customer base
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat and lift items up to 25 pounds
- Strong organization and follow through
