Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to customers, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions to drive sales and customer loyalty. Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper fit and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual sales goals both in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-ready department through stocking and remerchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to support store presentation
- Fill customer orders and assist with inventory handling
- Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positive customer interactions
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals and use networking tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Comfort handling merchandise and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally
