Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Execute bra fittings, meet sales goals, and maintain a customer-ready department while participating in ongoing training to stay current on product and fashion knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve individual and team sales goals both in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Collaborate with the team to fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
- Participate in training sessions provided by the company and brand consultants
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to create a positive team environment
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulating merchandise and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
