Provide expert lingerie fittings and personalized styling to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales both in-store and digitally. Maintain product knowledge and contribute to a customer-ready department through merchandising and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through in-store and digital interactions.
- Meet individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
- Use technology and social tools to engage customers and drive sales.
- Stock, re-merchandise, fill orders, and perform light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready.
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
- Collaborate with team members to support department operations and customer service.
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with diverse customers.
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide respectful intimate apparel fittings.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs.
- Physical ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours and perform bending and reaching.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
