Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services, build lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and support department presentation and merchandising to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve sales goals both in-store and via digital tools like text and social media
- Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-ready department through stocking and re-merchandising
- Process filling orders and price markdowns as needed
- Perform light cleaning and upkeep of the department
- Participate in product and fashion trainings to stay current on product knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to use networking and technology to drive sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and use of hands for manipulation
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
