Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style recommendations in the fitting room.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales goals both in-store and digitally.
- Collaborate with the team on merchandising, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
- Fill orders and support sales transactions and customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and customer-ready department through light cleaning and organization.
- Participate in training and continuous learning on product knowledge and fitting techniques.
