Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Keep department customer ready by filling orders and restocking
• Perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team and assist in other departments as needed
