Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise, and apply price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Use networking and technology to support sales objectives
