Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales for men parel, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining a customer ready department. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide style and fit guidance and confident product recommendations
- Use networking and technology such as text and social media to support sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Organization and strong follow-through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
